    The chicken fajita brat is one of the only poultry brats we currently offer, but has a phenomenal flavor variety. This brat contains freshly chopped red and green bell peppers, and plenty of chopped white onions. While chicken is usually pretty easy to dry when cooking, the chopped veggies added to the brat not only add a ton of flavor, but add to the moisture content of the brat as well. With seasonings like chili powder, salt, and a very small amount of hot red pepper, this brat tastes exactly like a fajita with a tasty kick of heat. Each pack contains 5 precooked sausage links and weighs about one pound.

    • Gluten Disclaimer

      As far we know, the only brats we make that contain gluten are the Mac and Cheese brat and Beer brat. We make all of our own brats in a commercial kitchen and even though we thouroughly clean all of the equiptment in between batches, we aren't positive there isn't any cross contamination. With that being said, we cannot guarantee that anything is 100% gluten free.
